Is Holiday Lights-Hill Country locally owned?
A-Yes! The owners have lived in the Marble Falls area for over a decade! Prior to this they lived in the Burleson, Texas area where the original branch is located and operated.
How long has Holiday Lights been in business?
A-Holiday Lights has been in business for 30 years in the DFW/Burleson area of North Texas. While the company has hundreds of clients in North Texas, the owners now live in the Hill Country. This prompted the soft launch of the Holiday Lights-Hill Country branch in 2022 which was met with a great community response.
Who buys the Christmas lights?
A- We do! Our company purchases commercial-grade, high-quality LED lights on your behalf.
Who stores the Christmas lights?
A- We do! When we come to remove the lights the first week of January, we will ensure they are stored for easy future installation.
Who takes down the Christmas lights?
A-We do! The first week of January we contact you with the day(s) we will be coming by to remove your lights.
Can Holiday Lights install lights on roofs constructed with materials other than shingles?
A- We often can! All shingle roof houses can be done. As there is a lot of variation in other types of roofs, we need to inspect metal and tile roof homes in person to determine if lights can be installed on them.
Does Holiday Lights only install lights on roofs?
A-No. We also install ground Christmas lights on walkways, around flower beds and on trees, bushes, etc. providing a beautifully bright and balanced look to your home.
How long do the Christmas lights last?
A-There is nothing worse than going to install lights on your roof and finding out half the strands are not working. Our commercial grade, LED custom lights last FAR longer than anything you buy online or in stores. On average our lights last anywhere from 7-10 years before having any issues or needing to be replaced.
Does Holiday Lights do other types of Christmas decorations?
A-Currently we focus on doing one thing and doing it extremely well: exterior Christmas lighting. However, we also have recently added the installation of exterior garland, wreaths, bows, etc. to our services, and upon request we may choose to assist a client in installing some exterior décor they have already purchased, such as hanging a wreath.
What forms of payment does Holiday Lights accept?
A-We accept checks and all major credit cards. Holiday Lights is pleased to also offer our prepayment program, LIGHTS ON LAYAWAY, which allows clients to pre-pay for next year’s Christmas light installation over a 12-month period. There is no interest charged with this program and lets the client avoid another expense at a time of year when extra expenses are everywhere.
